great location short walk clean room missing clarity staff indifference lack of help
The location was great. A very short walk to the edge of the lake. there was lots of parking available. the room itself was clean.
there were multiple menus in the room, but it wasn't clear what i could order. i asked about room service, but the staff didn't know the details. there was a general lack of interest from the staff in providing help.

I found the location really convenient. It is right in the heart of town. The shared kitchen area was also a plus. I used it to prepare breakfast one morning. The grocery store across the street was VERY handy.
The shower walls looked a bit worn out. I noticed peeling and bubbling, especially the silicone with some mold. The hot water was also set REALLY high. I was careful to avoid scalding myself.

decent stay with some minor issues
convenient location friendly staff private patio freezing hallway heater control bathroom mould
the location is convenient for accessing shops. the staff was friendly. the room had a nice, private patio facing a garden.
The hallways felt freezing. i was unable to turn the heater on in the room. The hotel must control it. i noticed mould in areas on the bathroom ceiling.
